Terms & Conditions for Receiving an Account Manager with Face Reality Skincare 

Effective Date: February 2025 

These Terms & Conditions outline the requirements and expectations for accounts receiving dedicated account management support from Face Reality Skincare. By engaging with an assigned Account Manager, you agree to the following terms: 

1. Eligibility Requirements 

To qualify for account management support, your business must: 

Maintain an active account in good standing with Face Reality Skincare. 

Meet minimum annual purchase requirements as determined by Face Reality Skincare’s Rewards Matrix. 

Demonstrate a commitment to retailing and professionally recommending Face Reality products. 

Actively participate in brand education, training, and promotional initiatives. 

2. Account Manager Responsibilities 

Your dedicated Account Manager will provide: 

Strategic Business Support: Guidance on product assortment, inventory management, and sales optimization. 

Training & Education: Assistance in scheduling and conducting staff training to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement. 

Marketing & Promotional Planning: Collaboration on promotional strategies, brand activations, and marketing campaigns. 

Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Performance assessments to analyze sales data, discuss growth opportunities, and align on business goals. 

3. Account Responsibilities 

To maintain access to an Account Manager, you agree to: 

Maintain active engagement with your Account Manager through regular check-ins, meetings, and QBRs. 

Implement agreed-upon business strategies, including training participation, merchandising recommendations, and promotional efforts. 

Ensure that staff members actively promote and recommend Face Reality Skincare products. 

Provide sales data and feedback when requested to optimize support and strategy. 

4. Revocation of Account Management Support 

Face Reality Skincare reserves the right to withdraw account management support if: 

The account fails to meet minimum purchase thresholds or engagement expectations. 

There is a consistent lack of communication or responsiveness to Account Manager outreach. 

The account misrepresents or improperly markets Face Reality products in a way that conflicts with brand guidelines. 

There are violations of any agreed-upon policies, including unauthorized discounting or third-party sales. 

5. Modifications & Termination 

Face Reality Skincare reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Accounts will be notified of any significant changes. 

Either party may terminate account management support with written notice. If an account chooses to discontinue, Face Reality Skincare may reassign the Account Manager to another business. 

6.    Reconciliation 

Accounts will be reconciled at the end of each quarter of each calendar year. Calendar quarter end dates are December 31, March 31, June 30, and September 30. Face Reality will check all Accounts against its internal records and other sources. Face Reality has full discretion to make adjustments to Accounts, up to and including removing Account Management and the associated benefits. Account Management eligibility, as reflected in Face Reality’s records, shall be deemed correct. In the event of any inconsistency, Face Reality’s internal records will control. Points will be reconciled to ensure accuracy, but if you notice any discrepancies, please contact orders@facerealityskincare.com. 

7. Account Demotion 

Face Reality reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review accounts and remove account management support at any time. This may be done as part of the reconciliation process or at any other time.  

By receiving account management support, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
