Return & Exchange Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer exchanges, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, provided no more than 50% of the product has been used.

Bundles & Kits must be returned in full—individual items cannot be returned separately.

Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
Refunds & Fees

Full refunds for eligible returns within 30 days, excluding shipping charges.

Returns after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee deducted.

No refunds after 90 days from the delivery date.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide return labels.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
Ensure your order falls within the 30-day return window by verifying the delivery date.
Step 2: Get a Return Authorization Number
Contact our Customer Support team by calling (510) 351-1842, Option 2, or emailing or email orders@facerealityskincare.com to request a return authorization (required for all returns).
Step 3: Prepare Your Return
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive detailed instructions, including the return form and shipping address.
Step 4: Ship the Item Back
You are responsible for shipping costs (we do not provide return labels). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund
Once you have shipped your return, please forward the tracking number to our Customer Support team. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund per our policy.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
